- Select Resolved from the status from the combo box.
Set status to Resolved means the bug is fixed, and you will see that Resolved By, Resolved Date and Resolved In Version shows on the dialog. The Resolved By is automatically filled, and you can change Resolved Date and Resolved In Version.
- Click Resolution Tab to enter how the bug is resolved, such as changing the code, changing the configuration, etc.
- Click OK to save.
To Verify a Bug
After a developer fixes one bug, tester should check, re-test if the bug is correctly fixed. If the bug is fixed, the tester verifies the fix and closes it, otherwise he needs to reopen it again by setting the status to Open.
- Open the database, then using tester's account to login.
- Double click the item you want to edit.

Change the status to Verified means the bug is closed, and you will see that Verified By, Verified Date and Verified In Version shows on the dialog. The Verified By is automatically filled, and you can change Verified Date and Verified In Version.
- Click OK to save.
Note: Status listed in Status drop down list varies according to current selection. For example, when current selection is Resolved, only Open, Verified and Resolved are displayed in the list. And after it's verified, you can only choose from Open or Close. This feature helps you to select next status.
