Task

To Add Task

  1. Click Add Task button on toolbar or select Add Task command from Edit menu.
  2. Enter subject and description.

    New Task

  3. Enter Start Date when the task starts and Date Due when it should be finished.
  4. Enter status, priority.
  5. Click Assign button to assign a task to specified users.

  6. Click OK to save this task to database.

To Edit Task

  1. Click Edit Task button on toolbar or select Edit command from Edit menu, or double-click a record in the list.

  2. Change any fields in the dialog
  3. Click OK to save your change.

Tips: When you change Complete, the status will change accordingly. For example, Status changes to In Process when you set Compete to 50 percent, and it changes to Compete when you set to 100 percent.
