Email Notification

This feature is very useful in a development group, when a new bug or feature is reported or a bug or feature's status is changed, email will be sent to the person who is responsible for it.

When email is sent and who will get the email?

When add a new record

• the an email is sent to all the person who is responsible for or to all person in the database if no auto task assignment is set.

When status is changed

• Status is changed to resolved, send email to the person who report it;
• Status is changed to verified, send email to the person who resolve it;
• Otherwise, send to all users, if no user is assigned to this bug/feature's classification, or send to the person who is assigned to the bug/feature.

To enable email notification, you need to set SMTP server in option dialog, see Option.
