Assign Classification to User

Why assign classification to user?

This feature of the bug tracking software is very useful for developers to find the bugs they are responsible for. If your developing team consists of two or less, this feature is not necessary. However we highly recommend you assign classification to users if there are more than two people in your team, which will save you a lot of time and money spending on management. Each member in the team including quality assurance person can cooperate through Bug Tracker.

What should be done before assigning

Right of Assign Classification to User must be assigned to users who will assign classification .

How to assign classification to users

• Run Bug Tracker and Login using an user that has the right to assign classification.
• Select Assign user to classification command from Manage menu.
• Select a user, who is usually a developer, then check the classification that is assigned to the user.
• click Assign button.
