Why assign classification to user?

This feature of the bug tracking software is very useful for developers to find the bugs they are responsible for. If your developing team consists of two or less, this feature is not necessary, however we highly recommend you assign classification to users if there are more than two people in your team, which will save you a lot of time and money spending on management. Each member in the team including quality assurance person can cooperate through Bug Tracker.

What should be done before assigning

The person who can Assign Classification to User must have the right of Assign Classification to User.

Enable Auto Assignment

Open Admin.exe, Click Auto Buf/Feature Assign.

How to assign classification to user

• Start Bug Tracker and Login using an account who have the right.
• Select Assign user to classification command on Manage menu.
• Select the user, who are usually developers, you what to set, then select the classification that belongs to the user, click Assign button.
